Refunds
Our Novelty Capes are Limited-Edition and are not mass produced.
Due to the nature and structure of our business we do not offer refunds.
Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which it was received.
We do not provide return labels at this time.

Exchanges
We offer a one-time exchange within 14 days of receipt, unless otherwise specified and provided the Cape or Leather Gaiter is still available.
Store Credit (No expiration)
Customers have the option to exchange or receive a store credit.
Customer must specify the intent upon the initiation of the return via email.
Store Credits are emailed to the address used at check-out, not in the physical form.
